The French Riviera, otherwise known as the Côte d’Azur (Azure Coast), is the Mediterranean coastline of the southeast corner of France, also including the sovereign state of Monaco.
There is lots to see and do here, including the gorgeous beaches all along the coast, marinas with massive yachts, cruise boats, and scuba diving, the Picasso museum, the famous Monaco casino, and numerous historic sites and breath-taking scenery.
Is this a place you’d like to visit? If you were on the French Riviera, what would top your list of things to do?

I was here a few years ago. The water really is turquoise!

This is, by far, my favorite riviera.
Not sure I’d enjoy the upper-crust feel of the place, surrounded by the rich and famous. Probably feel totally out of place. I’d probably go fishing, though, were I to visit. I’d probably walk through the casino once, too, just to say I’ve been there like James Bond…
